For me usually the songwriting process is a culmination of thoughts and feelings slowly coming together, but occasionally a song can really come out in a rush. I wrote a song this weekend in the car driving home from the video shoot in Wales. It’s really amazing what some fresh air, a break from work and sitting in a long traffic jam on the M6 can do for your creativity! There’s now quite a few new songs ready to be produced so the next step is to get together with my producer Adrian Kimberlin and start work again in the studio.
